In her role at InCity HotSpots LLC, Elsa will spearhead business development initiatives that expand our reach within the community, securing meaningful partnerships that align with our mission to provide youth sports programs and community events at no cost to participants. Her deep understanding of strategic planning and partnership development will be instrumental as she helps us foster an inclusive and supportive environment for our youth and their families.
