INCITY HOTSPOTS LLC – CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY AGREEMENT

Between:
? InCity HotSpots LLC ("Company"), operating at 3948 Ridge Trail, Brownsville, TX 78520, and
? Users, Advertisers, Businesses, and Contributors ("Content Providers") who submit, upload, or publish content on www.InCityHotSpots.com or any associated platforms.

1. OVERVIEW

This Content Responsibility Agreement governs all content (text, images, videos, reviews, advertisements, and other media) submitted, posted, or published on www.InCityHotSpots.com or its affiliated channels.

By contributing content, you agree to be fully responsible for its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

2. ACCEPTABLE CONTENT GUIDELINES

All content must be truthful, respectful, and lawful. By submitting content, you agree that:

✅ You have full rights to post or share the content.
✅ Your content is original and does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
✅ Your content does not contain false, misleading, or deceptive statements.
✅ Your content does not promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
✅ You grant InCity HotSpots LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the content.

• Obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit material.
• Unapproved advertisements, solicitations, or spam.
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.

❌ Any content violating these guidelines will be removed, and violators may be permanently banned from the platform.

3. BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENTS & SPONSORED CONTENT

• Businesses must ensure that their advertisements are accurate and do not mislead consumers.
• All promotional content must comply with federal, state, and local advertising laws.
• Advertisers must own or have permission to use all images, videos, and descriptions submitted.
• False or exaggerated claims will not be tolerated and may lead to the removal of the advertisement.

? InCity HotSpots LLC reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any advertisement that does not meet these guidelines.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (REVIEWS, COMMENTS, & POSTS)

• Users are responsible for their own posts, reviews, and public comments.
• InCity HotSpots LLC is not liable for opinions or statements made by users on the platform.
• Hate speech, harassment, personal attacks, or threats will result in the immediate removal of content and possible legal action.
• Review manipulation, fake endorsements, or paid reviews are prohibited.

? If a business believes a review violates our policies, it can be reported for review and possible removal.

5. CONTENT MODERATION & REMOVAL RIGHTS

InCity HotSpots LLC reserves the right to remove, edit, or block any content that:
✅ Violates this agreement or any applicable laws.
✅ Contains harmful, offensive, or misleading information.
✅ Is reported by multiple users or businesses for policy violations.
✅ Does not align with InCity HotSpots LLC's mission and values.

? Content removal is at the sole discretion of InCity HotSpots LLC. No refunds will be given for removed advertisements that violate these policies.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Content providers retain ownership of their original content but grant InCity HotSpots LLC a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it.
• InCity HotSpots LLC does not claim ownership of user-generated content but reserves the right to distribute and market it for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized use of InCity HotSpots LLC’s logo, name, or brand materials is strictly prohibited.

? If content is found to be stolen, plagiarized, or infringing on copyrights, it will be immediately removed, and legal action may be taken.

7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

• InCity HotSpots LLC is not responsible for inaccurate, misleading, or false content submitted by users or businesses.
• Users and businesses are solely responsible for the content they publish.
• InCity HotSpots LLC is not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or reputational harm caused by content published on the platform.
• Users acknowledge that content on the site may not always reflect InCity HotSpots LLC’s views or opinions.

? Users and advertisers assume full responsibility for legal and financial consequences arising from their content.

8. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you believe any content on www.InCityHotSpots.com violates this agreement, please report it to:

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
• Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action.
• If necessary, disputes will be handled in a court located in Brownsville, TX.

10. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By submitting or publishing content on www.InCityHotSpots.com, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
